$3750 Entrance Fee
is paid upon admission. It is refundable (minus $250 processing)
if the resident leaves within the first three (3) months of residency.
A lower monthly fee is the benefit of paying the Entrance Fee. |

to pay an Entrance Fee, choose Option B. You will pay a higher
monthly fee. |

If you prefer not
to pay an Entrance Fee now, choose option B for a trial period of
three (3) months. You reserve the right to choose Option A
($3750 Entrance Fee) within the first three (3) months of residency. |

Features and Services
- A choice of two meals are served daily in a beautiful central dining room by Clark Jeary staff. A third meal may be added at a nominal cost with advance notice.
- A "Quick Response" call system is
included in your bedrooms and bathrooms. It will be monitored by
Clark Jeary licensed nursing staff 24 hours a day.
- Housekeeping (which includes
vacuuming of carpets and cleaning of kitchen and bath floors) is
included twice each month.

Each independent living apartment is equipped with a stack washer & dryer.
We will also provide you with bed linens (bi-weekly) and towels (weekly) at no additional charge, this includes pick-up and delivery. Clark Jeary staff will take care of bed linen changes if using our linens.
- All utilities, except telephone and cable television,
are included in your monthly rate. Maintenance of appliances,
heating and cooling systems, landscaping, snow removal, trash
collection, and pest control are included.
- All apartments include carpet,
coordinated vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathrooms, drapes, kitchen
appliances, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, smoke
alarms, and a sprinkler system for fire protection.
- Second occupant rate is $370 per
month.
- Additional services available at
additional cost include transportation to medical appointments, scheduled shopping and outings, guest meals, meals or room trays for short-term
illnesses, beauty/barber shop services, an attached garage, telephone and cable television, and hi-speed internet service.
